Yes, we highly recommend the use of the ropes and stakes as they will ensure the inflatable stays upright when plugged in. They will also prevent the inflatable from moving during windy or adverse weather conditions.

Yes, you can keep your inflatable on during the day and at night. We recommend that you turn off your inflatable when leaving your home and when retiring for the evening.

We currently ship in Canada and the US only. If you require shipment outside of these two countries, please send us an email at info@idiya.ca and we can determine if shipment is possible to your required international location and provide the applicable shipping cost.
