Refund policy

We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. If for any reason there is anything missing, defective, or different from what you expected, please give us a chance to make it right!

For your convenience, we accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition that you received it and
  • be in the original packaging

To start your return, please email info@idiya.ca and submit a proof of purchase.  We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval of your refund. Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged or used. 

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 days from your refund approval email. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated via email.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@idiya.ca to initiate the exchange process. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Once we have reviewed and inspected the product, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange. You will be notified once the exchange has been shipped via email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late or missing refunds 

If you were approved of a refund, and haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping of products for refund and/or exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Price Adjustments 

We do not offer price adjustments.
