Domestic Shipping Rates (Standard Delivery) - Within Canada 

Orders between $1 - $99.99

Flat $11.99 shipping fee for Ontario, Quebec

Flat $14.99 shipping fee for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba

Flat $14.99 shipping fee for Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland

Orders > $100 Free

 International Shipments 

  • International shipping rates are charged based on our rates with our shipping providers and are calculated at check out.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. iDiya Inc., is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • We offer international shipments to the following countries: United States of America, Australia, and United Kingdom.

Shipping Times 

  • Our products ship from Canada. 
  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Please note that delivery times estimated at checkout begin from the time of shipping, not the time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by iDiya Inc., as items are shipped via Canada Post. iDiya Inc., has no control over shipments once they are accepted by the carrier. 
  • After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your convenience. 

Incomplete Shipments

iDiya Inc., is not responsible for failed deliveries which may occur due to the following:

  • Customer providing the wrong shipping address
  • Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) - this prevents customs from being able to clear packages
  • Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duties
  • Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier

Lost Orders

If your order shows as delivered as per our shipping confirmation email but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim.
